Shipping Policy - SelfCareSupply.com attempts to ship your order within 24hrs of being placed unless the product is on back order or special order status. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipping the following business day. Most smaller items are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for $6.95. Larger items such as chairs, mattresses, pads, inversion and massage tables are charged a higher shipping charge that is based on size and destination. Airborne Express Overnight and Guaranteed Second Day shipping are available on most items, simply specify the shipping method you prefer in the special instructions section during check-out. APO's - we can ship our products to APO and other military addresses. Please select USPS Priority Mail when ordering.

International Customers: We do ship our products internationally. Pricing depends on weight and destination. Please e-mail us a list of the products you are interested in and your address for shipment options and pricing.

Payment Terms - We Accept checks, credit cards, money orders and purchase orders (with prior credit approval - the first order will be shipped C.O.D. or Pre-Paid). For credit card verification we need to have the address where the credit card bills are sent (if different than the shipping address) and the name as it appears on the credit card. When ordering one of our Memory Foam Mattresses you have the option of having it shipped as one complete piece via a freight company or shipped separately (3" pad and 5" Base) via UPS GROUND. UPS will not ship a mattress as one complete piece due to its size. Once you receive a mattress via UPS it can easily be put together in the zippered cover to make one piece.
